Our Experienced Team

The Director of TwinView Health has vast amount of experience in the accounting and business management field. She has certification in Treasury Management, Institute of Bankers of Zimbabwe, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators in Zimbabwe. She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing science and is licensed as registered nurse in South Australia. She has worked in nursing homes and acute care settings. Experienced in long term patient care of patients with chronic debilitating illnesses such as multiple sclerosis, cerebral vascular disease and other diseases associated with aging. Experienced in acute care and taking care of acute illnesses such as complicated urinary tract infections, asthma exacerbations, diabetes complications, blood transfusions and many other acute illnesses. She partners with a nurse practitioner, registered nurses, enrolled nurse and carer in order to provide the best care to clients.

The owner of the company has had an opportunity to provide nursing services to an Aboriginal community based in the Northern suburbs in Adelaide over a period of 2 years. She is very culturally competent and sensitive to issues of diversity, equity and inclusion.

The Director also volunteers with the African Women Federation and Australia Refugee Association and where she has had an opportunity to deal with the marginalised population groups that are seeking for refugee status in Australia.

All these people have at least one form of disability either visible or invisible.

Moreover, the deputy director has a vast experience in the nursing field that spans over 10 years. She has worked overseas as a registered nurse in a variety of nursing settings including a major referral hospital’s emergency department, medical and surgical wards etc, in the community, both urban and rural where she provided home based nursing care and primary health services to internally displaced and vulnerable populations. She had the privilege of working within the governmental, non-governmental and private institutions where she amassed the rich nursing experiences. Rudo Bhasvi holds registration with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe as a registered nurse.

Moreover, after migrating to Australia, she attained registration with the AHPRA as a registered nurse as well after completing a bachelor of nursing with the UniSA. She is also a holder of certifications in Occupational safety and health and environmental management, systematic family therapy among others all attained though highly reputable institutions in the country. She has also studied with the university of south Africa to attain certifications in HIV AIDS care & Counselling and will be completing studies in psychological counselling soon. Here in Australia, she has acquired working experiences in the aged care and disability sectors which she greatly enjoys. With the combined overseas and local experiences, she becomes really suited for her role in TwinView Health.

Our Products & Services

The products and services which we will provide will mostly come from the conversations we will have with the consumers of our services. It is their demands according to their needs, tastes and preferences which Twinview will respond to all the time. Innovation is the centre of our products and services as demanded by our consumers as their common interests across gender, age, culture, race, class and places of domicile.

Such as meal preparation and delivery, house or yard maintenance, cleaning and laundry

To enable people to live as autonomously as possible – such as personal hygiene, dressing, medication assistance, financial management, communication skills and lifestyle mentoring.

To enable people with more complex needs to live as autonomously as possible – supports are provided by personnel with additional experience/qualification.

In group or shared living arrangements to help individuals to live as autonomously as possible.

Including mentoring, peer support, individual skill development, and decision making to support people to make transitions on their own terms and in a way that meets their goals and aspirations.

Provision of travel arrangements and support for people to access essential services.

Provision of products that assist people with domestic tasks in the home, such as cooking, cleaning, washing and general maintenance

This includes providing specialist care in the home for those who require a higher level of care and attention, wound care, PEG feed management, perform complex bowel care

Including developmental-focused activities and training to enhance the person’s capacity to live as independent an everyday life as possible.

Such as social outings and group and social activities on Twinview Health PTY LTD’s premises

Includes activities outside the scope of ‘Participation in the Community’

Including supported shopping, medical appointments, sporting and recreational events, social activities, visiting or making new friends, travel and transport and building confidence and social skills.

Time limited support that focuses on addressing barriers and reducing complexity in the support environment, while assisting the person to connect with supports and build capacity and resilience.
